Entry requirement: none, though Level 1 or equivalent experience is an advantage. Learners must be of legal drinking age in the UAE to participate in tastings.
The qualifications
Two internationally recognised awards in wines.
Every WSET course leads to a formal examination. Both qualifications below are delivered by BWT Educational Services under WSET approval, and the exam fee is included in the course fee.
In Person
Classroom & tasting
Instructor-led sessions with structured, guided tastings at our registered UAE training venue.
Remote
Live virtual classroom
Scheduled live sessions with your educator, tutor support and a supervised examination. Tasting samples are supplied as set out below.
How you will study
Two ways to qualify. One qualification.
Both routes are taught courses led by a WSET-registered educator and both conclude with the same WSET examination. Self-study is not permitted on WSET qualifications.
Course & exam dates
2026 intake. Confirmed course dates and the associated examination date are issued with your enrolment offer. TBC
Course fee
All-inclusive. The published fee covers tuition, official WSET learner materials, tasting samples and the examination. There are no additional charges after enrolment. TBC
Resit fee
A separate published resit fee applies should you need to re-sit the examination. Confirmed in writing at enrolment. TBC
Venue
All in-person teaching and examinations take place at a training venue registered with WSET. The address is confirmed at enrolment.
Tasting samples
The number of samples included in the fee, and how they are supplied for each delivery format, is stated on your enrolment offer. TBC
